Users and editors
Your role is shown at the bottom left under your name. It decides which areas you see and what you may change there. Your administration assigns roles.
For User
As a user you work with what your team provides: you chat, look things up in the library, run skills and see your team’s agents.
- Chat: hold conversations, add files and library entries as a source, rename, pin and archive conversations.
- Agents: see the state, last run and cases of your teams’ agents.
- Skills: run skills that are shared with you, in the overview or in chat under Run a skill.
- Library: find knowledge and templates in your areas and read them in the preview.
- Settings: choose your language, change your password and set up personal connections.
For Editor
As an editor you also set up content for your team: templates and prompts in the library, skills and voice agents. For this you see the Voice agents area in the navigation. At the bottom left your role reads Editor. It makes no difference whether your administration gives you the role directly or adds you to the Editors group.
- Skills: create new skills with Add skill, try them out, publish them and decide who may run them.
- Library: create templates and prompts with Add template, check them with Test run and publish them; restore earlier versions.
- Voice agents: create phone agents, test them in the browser, publish them and take them offline.
- Agents: select agents and add them to a team or remove them from one.
Teams and areas
Section titled “Teams and areas”Every library entry, every skill and every agent belongs to an area. The area decides who sees it:
- My area is visible to you only. Keep drafts and personal entries here.
- A team, such as “Office” or “Site crew”: all members of that team see the entry. In the overview, the members’ initials are shown next to the team name.
- All areas is visible to every team, for example for the general terms and conditions.
If a team is missing for you, contact your administration. Who may only read an entry and who may also change it is shown with the entry under Access.
